Account Manager

Center Cut Landscaping is a rapidly growing commercial landscaping company serving the greater Las Vegas area. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to build strong client relationships, oversee a portfolio of accounts, and help drive business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, managing projects, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
  • Respond promptly to client questions, concerns, and service requests
  • Manage client expectations and ensure commitments are met
  • Coordinate communication between clients and field teams
  • Develop and send proposals, reports, and property updates
  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance and irrigation repairs
  • Monitor property performance and ensure quality standards are met
  • Organize work orders, documentation, and client communications
  • Support training initiatives and team meetings
  • Manage company needs related to Aspire software
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
  • Positive attitude with a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Knowledge of commercial landscaping preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
  • Weekly pay
